Terms & Conditions

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Epigroup and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• To enter, participants must complete the competition entry form via the QR code displayed at the Epigroup booth at EXA.
• One entry per person is permitted.
• The competition opens during EXA and closes at 11:59pm AWST on Sunday 15 March.
• The prize is one (1) double pass to an AFL match for either the Fremantle Dockers or the West Coast Eagles, subject to availability.
• The prize is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
• The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 16 March at Epigroup’s office.
• The winner will be notified by email within two business days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within five business days, Epigroup reserves the right to redraw the prize.
• By entering, participants consent to Epigroup collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
• By entering, participants agree to be subscribed to Epigroup’s email newsletter and may receive marketing communications related to health and safety services.
• Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in Epigroup emails.
• Epigroup reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Epigroup accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with Epigroup’s Privacy Policy.
