Epigroup has partnered with Capstone Construction for several years, delivering independent external WHS audits across major commercial projects valued between $40–60 million. Following strong performance and demonstrated value, the engagement evolved into a structured Monthly WHS Audit Program covering all active Capstone projects.

Capstone Construction delivers complex commercial projects across Western Australia, supported by experienced internal WHS Advisors and strong leadership engagement. As project volume and scale increased, maintaining consistency of audit focus and performance visibility across sites became increasingly challenging.

The Approach

From periodic audits to structured portfolio-wide assurance

A co-designed a structured Monthly WHS Audit Program anchored in independent oversight and digital integration. Initial alignment workshops consolidated existing audit tools, subcontractor criteria and critical risk reviews into a unified WHS Audit Framework deployed within a live digital platform.

Audit reports include positive observations, improvement opportunities, non-conformances, subcontractor focus areas and high-risk activity reviews
