Your emergency response capability is only as strong as the people on shift. We place emergency services officers, paramedics and AHPRA registered nurses on mine sites and offshore operations across WA, with every credential verified before mobilisation. Where resources allow, we can have someone mobilised within a day. Once on site, we regularly get calls from clients asking to extend their contracts, or if they can hire them permanently.

ESOs and MESOs
Our emergency services officers (ESO) and medical emergency services officers (MESO) cover fire, rescue and trauma response on site. Day-to-day, they also run the drills that keep your teams ready between incidents.
Paramedics and Medics
We place paramedics who bring advanced pre-hospital care to operations where the nearest hospital is hours away. Because they often work alone, we screen for people who back their own clinical judgement.
Registered Nurses
Every nurse we place holds current AHPRA registration and covers occupational health, injury management and fitness-for-work testing. We verify registration and clinical currency ourselves rather than taking a CV at face value.

This comes down to resource availability, but we can often mobilise emergency personnel to site within a day. So if someone doesn’t show up at the airport or calls in sick, we can usually help.
